  1. As you noted, this outstanding family event is being brought to the citizens and families of Grapevine FREE OF CHARGE by the City of Grapevine Parks and Recreation Department (PARD). Way to go PARD! Thank you!

But PARD is not in charge of Nash Farm. They are just borrowing the farm for the day from their coworkers over at the CVB. The City of Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is the department in charge of Nash Farm.

With the plans the CVB is apparently cooking up for Nash Farm is easy to believe that if the CVB were producing the event there would likely be a per person admission fee. Moreover, families would also likely have to buy coupons to pet a bunny, take a hay ride, play games and collect Easter eggs.

    • Dear Local Guy –

I’ll admit it. I laughed. Good stuff as always.
