Imagine traveling through time to find a woman you’ve fallen in love with in a photo from the 1920s. On the opening night of his first play, a woman approaches young writer Richard Collier, hands him a pocket watch and says “Come back to me.” The woman, a famous actress from the 1920s named Elise McKenna, dies later that same evening. Eight years later, he sees a photograph of the same woman in The Grand Hotel, and he begins to investigate time travel in an effort to meet the woman of his dreams. What will happen to the two young lovers? Will her manager’s interference cause them to abandon their love for each other?
