The owner of Esparza’s Restaurante Mexicano discussed adding additional seating and the ability to serve food on its outdoor patio with the Grapevine City Council on Tuesday night. The discussion also centered around adding additional parking at the restaurant.
If you have ever been to Esparza’s you know that there is a definite lack of parking. The City Council mentioned that Ezparza’s is currently 20 spaces short of required city code. The Esparza’s owner seemed very open to the idea of adding additional parking nearby in exchange for the added patio seating.
There are several nearby options for adding parking. A solution was not found from the alternatives during Tuesday nights meeting so the discussion was tabled for the next Planning and Zoning joint City Council meeting next month.
