We recently compiled a list of the Top 5 Things To Do In Grapevine, Texas. Since we felt like that was really only covering a small portion of Grapevine, we thought we’d come up with a list of things that are a little off the beaten path.

1. Austin Ranch
Visit one of the oldest working dude ranches in Texas. Here you will enjoy riding horses through 90 shaded acres surrounding a 10-acre lake. As they say on their website, you can kick back with a real Texas trail ride at Austin Ranch. Austin Ranch Website

2. Summit Climbing Gym
Get a group together and head over to Summit Climbing Gym for some indoor rock climbing. This is a great way to exercise, build strength, or take part in team building activities. Summit Climbing Gym does have 1 day passes available and sometimes have free events to give those wanna be rock climbers a reason to come try it out. 3. Duck Rider Tours
Take a ride in these unique vehicles that will take you across land or sea (or in this case lake). A ride on Duck Rider Tours will take you from several locations in Grapevine (Gaylord, Great Wolf Lodge, or Grapevine Mills Mall) for a 75 minute tour of Grapevine and Grapevine Lake. 4. Xdrenaline Zone Paintball
Spend the morning or afternoon in a awesome paintball facility just east of Lake Grapevine. Paintball is an adrenaline packed event that you can enjoy with friends and family. 5. Love and War in Texas
Here you will enjoy the great taste of Texas food, a cold drink, and possibly some great live country music. This is a great Texas restaurant and bar just outside of Grapevine Mills Mall. Love and War in Texas Website
