Located on Lake Grapevine, the Vineyards Campgrounds and Cabins are highly recognized and award winning campgrounds. The Vineyards Campgrounds were named one of 21 campgrounds nationwide to be given an “A” rating from the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. The Texas Association of Campground Owners gave the Vineyards Campgrounds the Medium-Sized Campground of the Year Award.
It is easy to see why this campground is so highly regarded given the close proximity to the lake, the well maintained grounds, the roomy RV sites, and the ample and clean restrooms. Here are some of the highlights of the Vineyards Campgrounds:

Premium RV Sites start at $40 per night on weekdays and $42 per night on weekends.
Water and Electric Sites start at $31 per night weekdays and $33 per night weekends.
One bedroom cabins start at $120 per night weekdays and $140 per night on weekends.
Two bedroom cabins start at $140 per night weekdays and $162.50 per night on weekends.
There are a fairly large number of discounts on RV sites and cabins including those for Grapevine Residents, Seniors, and many others. Please check the official Vineyards Campground website for full pricing details and discounts.
There are also tent sites currently available, but those are going away very soon. The Vineyards Campgrounds are in the process of adding seven new lake cabins, converting all RV sites to premium sites, and moving the tent camping to Meadowmere Park on Lake Grapevine.
The Vineyards Campgrounds are also adding additional parking, upgrading the boat ramp and courtesy dock, and adding a camp store for sale of miscellaneous camping items. Expected completion of these upgrades is May 2010. This should be a wonderful upgrade to an already great camping experience and one of the finest campgrounds around.
