Yes, this one meal is worthy of its own article. It is that good.
We’ve often wondered what our last meal would be if we were ever given that opportunity. Well, we may have solved that problem yesterday after finishing the Shrimp Brochette at the Mi Cocina in Southlake.
The Mi Cocina menu describes the meal as:
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp stuffed with Jack Cheese and Jalapeño, Grilled to Perfection, served with Bean Soup, Arroz and Guacamole.
This description does not do this meal justice. It should be described more like a fiesta in your mouth.
If you add a margarita and a side of guacamole to go with your chips, you will have something really special.
