One of the best restaurants around will be joining Grapevine’s restaurant row.  Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen will replace the now out of business Wendy’s and KFC at the the corner of William D. Tate and Hwy 114.

According to the Grapevine Courier, construction must begin within 6 months which means that very likely in less than a year we will all be able to enjoy the great Pappadeax restaurant.  We can not wait to add this to our list of Grapevine Restaurant Reviews.

The Grapevine Courier also mentions:

Two roads through the development will also be widened.

The agreement is between the city and John Evans, who started developing this “restaurant row” in the mid-1980s. The money comes from the Grapevine 4B Economic Development Corporation that receives sales tax for economic development.

In addition to the Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, a 13,500 foot retail space will also be added to that location.

That row already includes some of our favorite places to eat out including P.F. Chang’s and Uncle Julio’s.  The addition of Pappadeaux’s Seafood Kitchen makes that corner an even hotter spot than it already is.

This is great news for all of Grapevine’s residents, but especially for the ones who enjoy great seafood and dining out.
