Grapevine Diner Breakfast Review
Grapevine Diner has the perfect blend of small town hospitality and great food. This is a family owned business that fits right in to the community of Grapevine.
We ordered the Breakfast Burrito and the Healthy Combo (two scrambled egg whites and choice of sliced tomatoes or fruit). Both meals were well prepared and delicious. The salsa that is served with the breakfast burrito is notably good. We also ordered a coffee which was served hot and fresh.
The service at Grapevine Diner is top notch. Our server was friendly, helpful, and all the food came out quickly. When the owner is also the chef, you know that he is giving his heart and soul to making the place a success. We took notice and appreciated that fact. It is something you definitely do not feel while eating at some big chain restaurant.
We did not get to try the Omelets which we hear are very good or the homemade Cinnamon Rolls which were also very tempting, but plan on returning very soon to give them a try.

Grapevine Diner is great — the omelets are good and the Texas-shaped waffles are fun. Now I’m craving breakfast!
Texas-shaped waffles Haley??
Now I have to go back!
Yep, it’s true. In fact, you can see a picture of it here: http://www.vacationplanning.net/blogs/blog_shapley/09-06-05/The_Breakfast_of_Champions.aspx
